This month saw us announce to the market that Ace Oil Tools had become Ace Well Technology. Following significant planning, we made the change to reflect our continued commitment towards the use of our technology across the entire spectrum of the energy industry.
Both ourselves and the majority of our customers are clear that our origins are centred on oil and gas. However, what may not be as widely known is that our expertise goes beyond hydrocarbons and reaches across geothermal and Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS).
The wider team and I are incredibly proud of our new name and visual identity, with Ace Well Technology selected to better reflect the broader applications of our product portfolio. From a personal perspective, it was also important to retain the strong links to our history built over a decade of operations. I believe that we have done so.
Through the unrivalled holding force of our simple and effective range of technologies, our products can be deployed on any well using the same installation methods. We are proud to continue developing technology which helps our customers to improve well performance while also ensuring well integrity, as we have done over the last 10 years.
Innovation has enabled our transformation
The need to maximise our current energy infrastructure, while developing new solutions across what is an ever-changing sector is of vital importance. With this context in mind, innovation has been the driving force behind our transformation. Embracing it has allowed us to break away from traditional methods and explore new ways of doing things. From developing new products, processes, or business operations, innovation has allowed us to remain competitive and adapt to changing market conditions.
Early adoption allowed us to tap into new opportunities and create value for customers in ways that were previously unimaginable downhole. Innovation will continue to be a key driver of Ace Well Technology’s progress, enabling us to stay ahead of the curve, remain competitive and transform the energy sector. The ARC will sit at the heart of this.
Safer, more reliable and easier to install, the ARC locks together to deliver an unrivalled holding force under all operating conditions. With this superior securing method, we established a foundation for the development and application of downhole accessories which can be mounted directly to the outside of the casing or liner. Our family of simple and effective products maintain high holding force in all operating conditions, no matter the well.
That’s important to our customers, whatever the sector. Put simply, our clients all share a common goal: to enhance their well performance. We aim to assist them in achieving this objective while maintaining well integrity. Despite the variations in well conditions, the dependability of our techniques remains consistent.
