Managing Director
Stian holds two Master’s degrees, one in Economics and one in Accounting.
He spent 9 years working in Transaction Advisory Services and Audit in PwC and EY, advising on 40 national and international acquisitions and strategy projects.
Before joining Ace, Stian held the position as interim CEO and CFO in a growth phase technology start-up in Stavanger, Norway.
Anja Taksdal
Interim Chief Operations Officer
Anja joined Ace as interim COO in 2024 and brings a wealth of expertise to the role.
She has previously led transformative strategic implementations across oil service, industry, and telecom sectors.
Anja has a proven track record of optimizing operations and paving the way for future growth within a broad range of companies.

Joachim Åkesson
VP Eastern Hemisphere
Joachim joined Ace Well Technology as Sales Manager on August 1, 2016.
Prior to joining us he had roles with Tesco Corporation, Smith Services and Franks International. He has 12 years of experience with sales, project management and operations.
Lasse Benjamin Jokela
Sales Engineer
With an engineering degree in Petroleum Technology, Lasse has ample experience as a Project Engineer at Weatherford, as well as several years as a Marketing Specialist at Innodisk.

Not only that, but he holds a bachelor's degree in China Studies and Chinese Languages.
Mark Holland
BD Manager Western Hemisphere
Mark has worked for Halliburton, Enventure, TETRA and APEX Resources in various sales, managerial and field engineering positions with travels to 25 countries worldwide.
Knowledge areas are Sales and Operations Management, Land/Offshore/DW Completions and advanced wellbore designs, Completion Fluid technologies, Radioactive and Explosive Technologies as well as Formation Evaluation experience.
Mark has 2 Patents issued, 6 industry papers authored/co-authored and is entered in Conrad and Marcel’s Book of Firsts.
