Managing Director
Stian holds an MSc in Economics and an MSc in Accounting.
He spent 9 years working in Transaction Advisory Services & Audit in PwC and EY.
Before joining Ace, Stian served as CEO and CFO for a Norwegian technology start-up.
Joachim Åkesson
Sales Director Europe/Asia
Joachim joined Ace Well Technology as Sales Manager in August 2016.
Prior to joining Ace he had roles within sales, project management and operations at Tesco Corporation, Smith Services and Franks International.
Anbjørn Kaurstad
Technology Manager
Anbjørn joined Ace Well Technology as Technology Manager in March 2020.
Prior to joining Ace he worked at, and was a board member of, Roxel Products. He also had roles within Automation and Instrument Engineering at NOV and Industrial Control Systems.
Mohamed S. Ibrahim
Supply Chain & Operations Manager
Mohamed has a BSc in Petroleum Engineering and an MSc in Supply Chain Management.
He joined Ace Well Technology as Supply Chain Lead in August 2024.
Prior to joining Ace he had roles within NOV, Lundin and Petro Energy E&P.

Accounting Manager
Anne Grete is a state-authorized accountant and joined Ace Well Technology as Accounting Manager in January 2025.
Prior to joining Ace she had roles with Ramboll, Westco and Aveva.

Zaque has a DSc in Geological and Earth Sciences/Geosciences and a MSc in Geology/Geophysics.
He joined Ace Well Technology as Business Development Manager in August 2024.
Prior to joining Ace he had roles within Tracero Ltd, Indra and Repsol Sinopec.
Lasse Benjamin Jokela
Sales Manager Asia
With an engineering degree in Petroleum Technology, Lasse has ample experience as a Project Engineer at Weatherford, as well as several years as a Marketing Specialist at Innodisk.
Not only that, but he holds a bachelor's degree in China Studies and Chinese Languages.
Alissa Lisboa
Technical Sales Brazil
Alissa has a Doctorate and Msc in Civil Engineering/Petroleum Systems, a Post Grad in Petroleum Engineering and a BA in Chemistry.
She joined Ace Well Technology as Technical Sales Representative in August 2024.
Prior to joining Ace she had roles within Karoon Energy, Halliburton and Baker Hughes.
Mark Holland
BD Manager Western Hemisphere
Mark has a B.S. Ind Ed Eng Tech and joined Ace Well Technology in November 2022.
Prior to this he worked for Halliburton, Enventure and TETRA in various sales, managerial and field engineering roles.
Mark has 2 Patents issued, 6 industry papers authored/co-authored and is entered in Conrad and Marcel’s Book of Firsts.
