Organisation restructure – Introducing our VP of New Ventures and Sales Director

Ace Oil Tools are pleased to announce a key organisational restructure which will see two central figures in the team take on new roles. This is part of a strategic move to drive Ace’s sales and expansion into new ventures.
Lasse Hetland, former Ace CCO, and one of the founders of Ace, is now Vice President, New Ventures. In his new role Lasse will identify new applications and markets for Ace’s unique and adaptable technologies. He will particularly focus on potential new markets in the Far East and Africa, as Ace continue to expand their operations across the globe. As a founder, and having held previous roles of CEO and CCO, Lasse is uniquely positioned to identify the next steps for Ace technologies. Looking at expanding the range of functions and regions as the company continues to adapt to capitalise on the huge potential of its tools and solutions.
Joachim Akesson, former sales manager, is now operating as Sales Director. Joachim’s focus will remain on Ace’s current markets and continuing to build long lasting and successful relationships with their clients. As Sales Director, he will bring together the skills of Ace’s talented team whilst further developing internal resources to achieve ambitious aims. Leading the sales department will see Joachim driving sales in prioritised regions, developing relationships with much valued clients, and seeking further utilisation of Ace tools across the industry.
This new senior management structure signals the progression of the internal operations of Ace to prepare for the next steps in the company’s growth. With over 38 years of oil and gas industry experience between them, Lasse and Joachim are perfectly positioned to contribute to this continued growth within their new roles as senior leaders and passionate Ace team members.
