Ace Flex Carrier
The Ace Flex Carrier (AFLX) is a fully customisable splice carrier built around the patented Ace Ratchet Collar (ARC).
By allowing the collar and carrier to be installed independently, it provides exceptional flexibility during installation while maintaining the high holding force required for demanding completion operations.
Unlike conventional splice carriers, the AFLX enables the ARC to be installed on the tubing first, with the carrier body fitted afterwards. This unique approach allows both axial and rotational adjustment after installation, making it easier to position splices accurately on location and reducing the need for costly rework.
Designed for long-string completions and complex smart wells, the AFLX combines installation flexibility, operational efficiency and the proven holding force of ARC technology in a single solution.
