Sales Engineer

Ace Oil Tools is strengthening the organization with a Sales Engineer. The position will be a valued member of the sales force in the organization.

 

We are looking for a candidate with a strong technical/sales mindset and a proven track record from previous roles. Team player, dynamic, creative, result-driven and sound analytical skills are key factors in order to succeed in the role.  

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for developing sales within the company’s strategy, following up customers, and working closely with the organization.

  • Reporting to the Sales Director of the Company.

  • Follow up goals set for the organization, including revenue plans customers/ geographical area.

  • Ensure customer control in respective areas, including revenue plans.

  • Use tools and methods to be able to review TAM (Total Addressable Market).

  • Responsible for all tender work, including guidelines in cooperation with Sales Director.

  • Establishing customer relationships, work to get frame agreements.

  • Close cooperation with all sales force.

  • Good reporting skills and timely response to Sales Director.

 

Qualifications

 

  • Enthusiastic sales skills with agile culture built in.

  • Relevant experience if possible,  when lacking Engineering degree.

  • Great technical understanding of drilling and completion segment.

  • Sound experience from financial control and reporting activities.

  • Able to set plans, execute and measure.

  • Able to travel globally for optimized sales activity.

  • Fluent in Norwegian and English, written and spoken.
